If you live in the greater Seattle area, you know that each city has it’s
own style or flavor so to speak. When it comes to Kirkland, the atmosphere
is beauty, relaxation, water views, outdoor enjoyment and family friendly.
This is a city close enough to the large metropolitan areas to be able to
commute easily back and forth. It is also a city with a bit of yuppie charm

| When we talk about family friendly we talk about a place where room is made
for a whole family to enjoy it’s bounty. Lake Washington stretches
lengthwise along the cities west side. Most of that edge of the lake is
owned by the city. Enjoy walking your dog or playing ball with the kids or
sitting on a park bench as sail boaters happen bye. Or if you prefer,
choose a park that is just down the street from your house! Known as the
“city of parks,” there are a lot of parks to utilize. The schools are all
neighborhood schools. That means that the children in your neighborhood
attend the same school as your children. How great is that for “soccer
mom?” The schools are smaller, and ranked at the top for educational
performance. Most children walk to school! Remember, the school is in the

When it comes to real estate, there is a lot of different types that you
might desire. Of course there are single family dwellings ranging from the
