Let’s talk about Lynnwood. Located between the cities of Mountlake Terrace and Everett, blocks off of I5, it has a phenomenal location! Straddling the junction between Interstate 5 and the north end of Interstate 405 in Washington, it is the final tangle of population on the north end of "greater Seattle" before one continues on to other places. If you work at Boeing outside Everett or Boeing in south Seattle, you can enjoy your home in Lynnwood. Because of it’s location to easy access roadways, you can easily commute to your workplace.
Lynnwood is known as the “hub” city for Snohomish County because it is the retail Mecca of the whole county. It houses the Alderwood mall which is substantial in size, design, and abundance of shopping choices.
Lynnwood is a mixture of urban, suburban, small city, crossroads and bedroom communities which are home to many professionals who work in Seattle. Like so much of the Seattle area, Lynnwood is a mixture of home styles, some of which are newer and some of which older. This is a great place to look for an affordable home. It’s especially good if you want something that’s bigger in your price range compared to other areas.
